If you love Sushi or anything Japanese, you've come to the right place! Sashimi was created out of my love for sushi and people.

My wife Sunny and I run our little piece of sushi heaven on the border for Rancho Santa Margarita and Mission Viejo in South Orange County hidden away in the shopping mall. Not too hard fine but difficult to forget. We pride ourselves on fresh food, friendly service and a warm atmosphere. You’ll find familiar favorites plus a number of my own delicious creations.
